How To Make INGERA In The USA

Injera is a soft home made bread used by Habesha people of Eritrea and Ethiopia. This bread is rich in Iron and multi vitamin source.
I will show you how to make 3 different kinds of injera recipe on 3 parts.
for those who cant find self rise flour i will show you how you can make it at home On Part 2.

1 TEFF INJERA

Teff is a rare very healthy grain rich with iron and other vitamins.
Its also quite expensive, If you have access into Teff flour I rather use it all the time. It helps prevent high blood sugar, most patients of diabetes required to eat this injera as a daily nutrition.
Now lets share the recipe and video.

1 You are gonna need a starter
2 Teff flour and water
